The Fleurop Art Collection
Craftsmanship to remember.
Nature has always been an artist, creating billions of vibrant masterpieces in bright colours and abstract shapes. World-famous painters have used the riches of nature to create their own art, portraying animals, plants and landscapes. Florists also use the treasures of nature to create works of art.
Using the art of body painting, we have created new, artistically staged imagery to illustrate the close connection between nature and art in floristry. We combined the art of man in the form of painted flowers, the art of nature in the form of real flowers and the craft of floristry in the form of a luxurious bouquet.
We commissioned two renowned artists from the body painting scene, Daniela Schatz from Munich and Gesine Marwedel from Eckernförde, Germany. Both have many years of experience and have won international awards and competitions.
A bouquet from our year-round art collection was the inspiration for the artistic floral decorations on the skin. The motifs convey the message that Fleurop bouquets transcend borders and create joy and connection - both with others and as an act of self-love and the joy of giving.
In the camouflage design, five bodies are painted to blend in with the dark background and the colourful flowers of the bouquet. The limbs and faces only become visible on closer inspection. Again, the message is one of human connection through Fleurop flowers. The many hands around the bouquet also refer to the florists who create our bouquets by hand.
The Fleurop Art Collection
We want to celebrate the reopening of museums, galleries and all other cultural institutions after months of closure with our own art collection. It consists of bouquets and arrangements that stand out for their original flowers or contours. The names of the products are reminiscent of famous old paintings.
Of course, you can also browse through all our other bouquets, because Fleurop florists create masterpieces every day, large and small, that are decorative and unique.
