27th gala concert for the German AIDS Foundation
Deutsche Oper Berlin
On 27 November, the gala concert for the German AIDS Foundation took place with a corresponding hygiene concept. Once again, many outstanding artists enchanted the guests. All the singers waived their fees for the good cause.
All proceeds from the gala evening were used by the German AIDS Foundation for projects in Berlin, Germany and South Africa to raise awareness, support counselling centres, aid projects and people affected by AIDS, and to promote research.
Max Raabe hosted the evening. The subsequent party in the opera house was cancelled for health reasons.
Fleurop partners René Grevsmühl and Mathias Barten of Berlin's FLORALE WELTEN florists' shop designed the floral arrangements with their team. They created a floral ambience during the gala evening with a lovingly hand-decorated floral border around the stage. At the end of the evening, the singers were presented with a bouquet of flowers as a thank you for their performance.
