The German Press Ball for 2019 – Fleurop was there
Impressive floral art
For the third time, "Fleurops Junge Wilde" transformed the Adlon Kempinsky Hotel in Berlin into a colourful sea of flowers for the Federal Press Conference Ball. A team of seven florists worked for three days on the floral design, using more than 6,500 flowers.
Celebrities such as Claudia Roth, Uschi Glas and Max Moor were also delighted to receive floral jewellery.

The extraordinary floral decorations created by the international team of florists "Fleurops Junge Wilde" created an enthusiastic response at the German President's Ball. The preparations for the glamorous ball took three days. More than 6,500 cymbidiums, amaryllis, anthuriums, vanda orchids and tulips were artfully arranged. The floristry was designed in close coordination with the design concept of the Federal Press Ball and represented this year's ball theme 'Kaleidoscope' with flowers in a wide range of colours from white and pale yellow to bright red and pink.
The florists themselves were also enthusiastic about the event: "The German Press Ball is always an exciting challenge because we can give free rein to our creativity," says Björn Kroner, and Lisa-Maria Thalmayer agrees: "It is great to show the exclusive audience what is possible with floristry. Few people have an idea of floristry beyond a bouquet for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day. Ultimately, however, flowers provide the appropriate emotional backdrop for such a glamorous evening.
