Your greeting is only a few hours away. It does not matter whether a Fleurop greeting is being sent ten, a hundred or a thousand kilometres to the other side of the world: When it really matters, Fleurop delivers the flowers you ordered quickly. Anywhere in Germany - and, of course, anywhere in the world. How does it work? The secret is that the flowers are never actually sent - they are always there! At one of our 50,000 partner florists around the world, who assemble the flowers you want and deliver them personally. With Fleurop, it's not the flowers that travel, it's the order.

Delivery costs & times

Shipping costs of €7.95 are charged per order within Germany.
On Sundays such as Mother's Day (2nd Sunday in May) we charge a Sunday surcharge of €4.95. The normal Sunday surcharge will not apply on this day.
Orders for delivery on a Sunday are possible until Saturday 11 am.
For delivery by DHL/Post a delivery charge of €5.95 will apply.
Gift vouchers (without floral greetings) are subject to a delivery charge of €3.95.

Fleurop greetings are delivered between 8 am and 8 pm on working days. Deliveries to a business address by the Fleurop courier are always made during normal business hours between 8 am and 4 pm. Deliveries abroad will be made according to the local delivery times. We cannot promise delivery at any particular time without prior express agreement.

The delivery charge abroad is a flat rate of €10.00. Fleurop Greetings abroad are VAT free. For cultural reasons, higher minimum prices often apply abroad, which in Europe and America are around €45.00 for a bouquet including delivery. Due to higher delivery costs, there are additional costs in some international locations. These can be invoiced separately to the customer after consultation.

Please note: The delivery of bouquets abroad takes place during normal business hours.

We deliver to approx. 150 countries worldwide.

All inner-German prices are inclusive of VAT.

Questions about the delivery process

Fleurop greetings are delivered between 8 am and 8 pm on working days. Deliveries to a business address by the Fleurop courier are generally made during normal business hours between 8 am and 4 pm. Same day orders can be delivered until 8 pm.
We cannot promise delivery at a specific time, on Saturday afternoons or Sundays without prior express agreement.

Every bouquet delivered by Fleurop is a unique work of art, created by a local florist with passion and dedication to their craft. All flowers are carefully selected and lovingly bound. To ensure that the bouquets arrive in top condition, they are delivered in our handy gift packaging, the flower bag.

In case the recipient is not at home., the Fleurop courier will try to deliver the flowers to a suitable location, such as a neighbour's house. If this is not possible, he will take it with him. In any case, the Fleurop courier will leave a notification card with the information that a Fleurop greeting is waiting for him - either at the neighbour's or at the Fleurop florist's, with whom the further procedure can be coordinated by telephone.

We ship our flower products which are delivered in cartons with the logistics partners DHL, Hermes and Go! Express & Logistics. The boxes are specially designed for the transport of flowers so that the goods arrive fresh and undamaged.

You can choose a delivery date when you place your order, but this is not a requested delivery date (guaranteed delivery on the day you want), but a requested delivery date which we try to meet by sending your order on time and calculating the average delivery time. In rare cases, due to delays with our logistics partners, your package may arrive 1-2 days later than requested.

If you receive an email directly from DHL, Hermes or Go! Express & Logistics offering you an additional service from the parcel service providers, such as overnight delivery, please note that we have no connection with this additional service and that this additional service is offered by the parcel service providers themselves. Therefore, in the event of a complaint, we cannot reimburse you for any additional services you may have purchased directly from DHL, Hermes or Go! Express & Logistics.

Each Fleurop greeting comes with a greeting card with your personal message and the Fleurop freshness guarantee on the back. We use your greeting text one to one. We do not add any other text (such as the name of the bouquet or similar). The recipient will only see what you have written in the "Your message" box.
